During fumigation, it may be necessary for us to remove fence boards or place tape to walls that are on your property.

• We need a clearance of at least 18 inches outward from the walls or fences on
  your property that is connected to the property address above.
• Please be sure that all storage and plants are moved away from the area
  abutting to your neighbor’s property above. If this is not done, damage may
  occur to your property.
• We require the area to be free of animals. Please be sure that any animals,
  especially dogs, are not in the yard and/or secured away from the area fumigated
  for the duration of the fumigation process. If this is not done, harm may come to
  the animals.

By signing below, I authorize the fumigation employees access to my property for the duration of the fumigation. I acknowledge that if storage or plants are not removed or cut back as requested above, that these items may be damaged during the course of the work to be performed. I also agree to keep my animals out of the yard and secured away from the area fumigated for the duration of the fumigation process. I hereby waive, release, and discharge A-1 Bonded Termite, Inc. and/or A-1 Fumigation Inc. from any and all responsibility and liability for damage to storage, plants, or animals that may be caused during the fumigation services authorized on the above structure(s) in the event that I do not fulfill my obligations as listed above.
